Microorganisms make up a very small percentage of the soil mass, but their impact is huge. The microflora in soil are responsible for 60-80% of soil metabolism. They are important because they are responsible for cycling many nutrients including Carbon and Nitrogen, they help to enhance the structure of the soil, they decompose and move organic materials, help to increase soil aeration and water penetration, and help to control plant disease including root rot. Overall, they help to create a healthy environment for plants to grow.
Soils that have strong structural stability are more productive and can sustain higher levels of production. They are also more resistant to wind and water erosion.
ORME Soil Probiotic can be run through professional irrigation and/or spray systems without fear of clogging.
All of our products are manufactured in a state certified plant and laboratory.
