Sacred Health shipping policy

We ship all orders via FedEx, USPS or UPS. You will be given the different shipping rates for each carrier during checkout. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. When using USPS, please be sure to give us a shipping address that USPS is able to ship to. If choosing FedEx or UPS, please give us your street address, NOT a PO Box.

Orders received before 1 pm (Arizona time) will ship the same day. Express and/or Overnight orders received before 2:45 pm (Arizona time) will ship the same day. Orders received after these times will ship the next business day.

We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items to insure none were damaged during shipping. If there are damaged items, please read our return policy for the appropriate information.

International orders please be aware that after you receive your order, you may be charged duties and taxes.

Sacred Health return policy:

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a pick-up of your order. We can either send you replacement items, or issue a full refund.

Other than orders that arrived damaged, we only accept returns of items that have not been opened or used in any way. In this case, please contact us for the appropriate return information. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund minus shipping and handling charges.
